Booking Policies and TCs

Please ensure you have read and understood our booking policies before booking an appointment with us. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in contact by emailing [email protected]


  • All bookings must be secured with a non-refundable booking fee. This amount will be deducted from your treatment on the day of your appointment. You may pay remaining amount via EFTPOS, cash or Afterpay.

  • Booking fees/Deposits are strictly non refundable and non transferable.

  • We require 7 business days notice to any booking amendments. If you reschedule/cancel within 7 business days you will forfeit your booking fee or a $200 Re-booking fee applies.

  • Please be advised that by cancelling or not showing up to your appointment will result in you forfeiting your booking fee and further charges may apply. No show appointments will be required to pay 100% of balance remaining, this includes cancellations within 24 hours of appointment.

  • If more than one appointment is cancelled/amended within 7 business days, 50% down-payment is required up front for any future bookings.

  • We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. To maintain these standards, we reserve the right to refuse bookings if we determine that a client may not be suitable for treatment or does not respect our time and policies.


  •  Any appointment rescheduled less than 7 business days prior to the scheduled date will incur a $200 re-booking fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.

  •  We reserve the right to refuse to book clients who we feel may not be suitable for our treatments or who do not respect our time and the integrity of our practice.

  • Rescheduling your appointment is not available for promotions. If you do need to reschedule; you will be required to pay full price and may forfeit your booking fee if you have not followed 7 days policy.

  • We reserve the right to request a deposit for certain consultations, especially if a client has rescheduled multiple times previously. This deposit ensures commitment and helps us manage our resources efficiently.
  • Appointments can be secured for no more than 2 months. If you choose to reschedule your appointment for after this time frame and there has been a price increase, you will be required to pay current price.

  • Booking fees left on your file will be available for you to use for 2 years.

  • If your appointment is needing to be cancelled/rescheduled by Beachside Ink Cosmetic Tattoo for any reason, your booking fee will roll over to your future appointment or you will have the option of a refund and cancelling your appointment. Non refundable booking fee policy for rescheduled appointments still applies.

  • Please ensure that you arrive to your appointment on time. Please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out forms. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will not be seen and treated as a no show. Please allow enough travel time.

  • Please fill out our Consultation Form before booking a Cosmetic Tattoo; if you book without filling out Consultation Form and you are not a suitable candidate booking fees cannot be refunded. If you are unsure of what service to book please speak to us; services cannot be changed on the day.

  • Existing permanent makeup must be advised prior to booking.

  • If you have your Cosmetic Tattoo touched up elsewhere after being an Beachside Ink client, you are no longer entitled to Beachside Ink touch up pricing and may be unable to have your tattoo touched up/corrected by us.

  • There are no refunds given on services rendered.

  • Due to health and safety regulations, you are not permitted to bring anybody else with you to your appointment. If you do bring somebody with you, the appointment will be cancelled. The clinic is not suitable for children or babies.

  • You must be over 18 years old. Please bring your ID to your appointment.

  • Medical history and allergies may prevent you from having a cosmetic tattoo procedure, you must disclose this information to Beachside Ink before booking your appointment. Changes to medications must be advised if this occurs before a touch up session.

  • Beachside Ink reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.

  • Rude or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Please note that all bookings are scheduled to ensure the efficient operation of the business, Beachside Ink may contact you to adjust your booking time accordingly.

  • If you would like to use Afterpay for your service, please ensure you have an Afterpay account and mobile app that is set up and ready to go prior to arriving to your appointment. It needs to be added to the wallet on your phone prior to your appointment.

  • Do not attend your appointment if you are unwell, if you arrive unwell you will be refused service and further costs will apply.
